Selling terms and conditions Identification of the supplier This e-commerce agreement is administrated by DESIGNPERLACASA.COM, located in Como on Via Vittorio Emanuele,50. Using services offered by this website, you pledge yourself to accept the following clauses and conditions. If you do not accept even one single part of this agreement, it will not be possible to go on with booking procedure. (a)Order acceptance The purchase of the goods will be executed through the following stages: Sending the order, the customer conveys to DESIGNPERLACASA.COM a purchase proposal of the selected product or products. Sending the purchase order, the customer gives his approval (according to article 10 law 185/1999) to receive further communications from DESIGNPERLACASA.COM here described, which have the only aim to execute and to conclude the contract of sale. DESIGNPERLACASA.COM will confirm with an e-mail message the receiving of the order sent by the customer, and will give you a "Customer Order Number" ("Numero Ordine Cliente") which has to be used in any further communication with DESIGNPERLACASA.COM After placing his order online, the customer has 24 hours for deleting it, if necessary, with an e-mail to info@designperlacasa.com If the order is accepted DESIGNPERLACASA.COM will send a confirmation e-mail that the purchase has been executed and concluded with all information about selling conditions, according to article 4 law 185/1999. DESIGNPERLACASA.COM will consign the goods to carrier entrusted with delivery to the indicated address. The customer will pay according to payment method chosen while purchasing online.(b)Payment methods DESIGNPERLACASA.COM allows to pay by bank transfer -without further expenses or with credit card by Paypal.(c)Delivery terms and expenses DESIGNPERLACASA.COM will consign purchased goods to carrier as soon as possible within 3 business days since order confirmation. The carrier will deliver purchased goods within 3 business days to the address indicated by customer while placing order. Delivery costs are on customer's charge and are clearly marked on the page "Cart"
and on the final confirmation page. All prices on the website are VAT included. (d)Withdrawal right The law acknowledges the withdrawal right to natural persons (consumers)whose aims are not related to their own business. Therefore all purchases carried out by retailers and companies are not included in the withdrawal right. The consumer can assert his withdrawal right within 10 days after receiving goods. This right consists in the possibility to give back the purchased goods to the retailer, and consequentially to have back money refunded (that is to say the net amount without additional costs such as packing, manpower, carriage, etc.) The customer wishing to assert his withdrawal right has to communicate it sending a registered letter to the store within 10 days after receiving goods; the communication can be made also by telegram or fax, but has to be confirmed with a registered letter within 2 days. All letters and communications have to be sent to the address declared by the store. The customer has to send back whole goods to the address declared by the store within 10 days after receiving them with all their documents. Forwarding costs are on customer's charge. The payed amount (packing, manpower, forwarding, etc. costs not included) will be refunded to the customer within 30 days after receiving withdrawal communication or refused goods. The withdrawal right will be approved only if the original packing has not been opened and none label has been torn off or damaged. Please be sure to have the following data: original invoice or fiscal bill or forwarding bill; bank data for bank transfer. Then the customer is supposed to send to the store a registered letter declaring he is willing to assert his withdrawal right and summing up all data previously required. How to send back goods Please pack carefully the items in order to preserve completely the original boxes. The store to contact is the supplier of goods as clearly stated on invoice, fiscal bill or forwarding documents. (e)Complaints The customer has to apply to DESIGNPERLACASA.COM for each and every possible complaint (f)Law in force The contract of sale between customer and DESIGNPERLACASA.COM is executed and concluded in Italy and ruled by the Italian Law.
